Cookie Policy

What cookies we use on newsletter.ultimatetools.pro and how you can manage your preferences.

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on newsletter.ultimatetools.pro and how you can manage your preferences. It is issued pursuant to Art. 22 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Articles 6 and 7 of the GDPR.

01

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be technical (necessary for the site to work) or profiling / analytics cookies (which require your consent).

02

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

Essential for the Site to work; no consent required (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).

  • Supabase — admin authentication and session (e.g. sb-*-auth-token).
  • Stripe — session tokens and fraud prevention at checkout (e.g. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid).
  • ut_cookie_consent — stores your cookie preferences.

Analytics (consent required)

Used, with your consent, to collect aggregated information about traffic.

  • Beehiiv analytics — newsletter performance when you land on the Site from links inside our emails.
  • Possible future activation of Google Analytics 4 or Plausible / PostHog.

Marketing (consent required)

  • Meta Pixel — used to measure advertising campaign conversions (e.g. newsletter subscriptions). When you subscribe, a hashed version of your email may be sent to Meta for conversion matching. Activated only after consent.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag and X Pixel — used, where applicable, for the same purpose. Activated only after consent.
03

Third-party widgets

The Site embeds the Beehiiv subscription widget and the "Recommendations" widget. These services may set their own technical cookies upon subscription. More information in the Beehiiv privacy policy.

04

Duration

Technical cookies are session-based or last up to 12 months. Analytics and marketing cookies, when active, last a maximum of 13 months, as recommended by the Spanish AEPD.

05

Managing your consent

On your first visit a banner lets you accept, reject or customize the cookie categories. You can change your choice at any time from the button below or by clearing cookies from your browser settings.

06

Disabling cookies from your browser

You can block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site (e.g. admin area, Stripe checkout).
