• Newsletter subscription data — email address submitted through the subscription form, managed via Beehiiv Inc.
• Sponsorship booking data — name, business email, company name, website, ad content (headline, description, logo, banner), slot preferences and billing details.
• Payment data — payments for ad slots are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never store full card details on our servers; we only receive transaction identifiers and non-sensitive metadata.
• Browsing data — IP address, user agent, pages visited and referrer, collected through technical logs and, with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement tools (including the Meta Pixel, which may receive a hashed version of your email when you subscribe to the newsletter, for conversion measurement).
• Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

• Sending the newsletter — your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Managing sponsorship bookings and advertising contracts — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b).
• Processing payments via Stripe — contract performance (Art. 6.1.b) and legal accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• Invoicing and bookkeeping — compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• Analytics and site improvement — consent, managed via the cookie banner.
• Security, fraud prevention and technical logs — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

Providing your data is voluntary. Refusing to provide data marked as required means you will not be able to subscribe to the newsletter, book ad slots, or enter into a contract with us.

Your data may be processed by the following providers acting as data processors:

• Supabase Inc. — database hosting and authentication (EU / USA).
• Beehiiv Inc. — newsletter delivery and subscriber management (USA).
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — payment processing (Ireland).
• Lovable (frontend hosting) and Cloudflare, Inc. (edge runtime and CDN).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising conversion measurement via Meta Pixel, only after consent.
• Accountants, legal advisors and competent authorities upon valid request.

Some providers (Beehiiv, Cloudflare, Meta) are based in or transfer data to the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

• Newsletter emails — until you withdraw your consent.
• Booking and invoicing data — 10 years as required by Spanish tax law.
• Technical logs — up to 12 months.
• Analytics data (if consented) — in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you can at any time:

• access, rectify and erase your data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw any consent previously given;
• file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
